Orders
Online paid upfront orders are processed by Paypal. Where goods are supplied upfront by REM, they will invoice you.

Non-U.K. Orders
Whilst we and REM are happy to supply goods to most countries, we reserve the right to decline where we feel there is a significant risk of non delivery, where a local dealer can supply or where local laws restrict supply.

Lost or damaged a CD?
We will always replace goods free of charge if the fault is ours, but if you need a replacement CD because, for example, Margot dropped it in the goldfish tank, there's a handling charge to cover materials and labour costs.

Lost or can't find an installation/registration code?
We're happy to check databases of registered customers and codes, and if we can find your details we'll send a replacement code for free. If we can't find your details then you didn't order direct from us but from one of our dealers, and you didn't return the registration card. In this case if you can provide proof of purchase (e.g. an invoice) or you can tell us the dealer's name (so we can check it out), we'll supply the replacement code. We can supply codes by email, fax, mail or over the phone. If we can't establish that you actually bought the pack, then we'll suggest you buy a new one.

Special offers, prices and VAT
Please read carefully details of any special offers, which may be time-limited or have other conditions attached. We apply all such conditions rigorously. Offers cannot be combined - only one at a time!

Except for special offers, prices should match those in our printed catalogue, a copy of which is available on request.

As from 1st February 2012 we no longer charge VAT, so prices on our Product pages and in our email acknowledgments exclude VAT. Customers purchasing from Topologika's online shop and paying up front will pay no VAT. Customers paying to an REM invoice will be charged VAT by REM unles REM deregister. We understand that state schools can and some independent schools cannot reclaim VAT.

Any price errors on this web site will usually be honoured.

Sale Conditions
Purchases made via this site are subject to contract. We and REM will use all reasonable efforts to deliver goods within 28 days, in the condition and at the price advertised on the date of purchase. If for any reason we cannot supply within that time, we will endeavour to contact you. We will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments promptly.

Goods are sold on condition that:

• they remain Topologika's property until paid for in full
• you agree to abide by the Licence Conditions stated in your pack
• you will not give or hire our software to third parties
• it will not be used by clubs or in school breaks except under strict supervision
• it will not be made available as part of a software library, except with our written agreement
• you accept full responsibility for ensuring unauthorised installation and/or copying is/are avoided.
  

Right to Cancel
Purchased goods may be returned to your supplied for refund or exchange, provided they are dispatched within 7 days, the 7 days starting on the day you receive them. They must be returned in 'as new' condition, with any seal unbroken.

Refunds
Refunds will be made by the means with which you paid and from the vendor whom you paid. The cost of any return must be borne by you unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part. Any refund will be made within 30 days of our agreeing to the cancellation.

Complaints
We will acknowledge any complaint within seven days, advise you how long we estimate it will take to resolve your complaint, and keep you fully informed at all times. Complaints should be sent by email or post to:

Security policy
We have taken steps to ensure that:

• this web site is secure so that your personal information and transactions remain confidential and cannot be interfered with

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any subsequent amendments).

We and REM may collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Neither we nor they will contact you in the future unless you have given your consent.

The type of information we and they may collect about you may include:

• your name
• addresses
• phone number
• email address
• credit/debit card details

Neither we nor REM will collect the above information without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check that information by emailing a request to us. If you find inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. Such personal information will be held securely in accordance with our own security policies and the Law. We will never pass sensitive information to third parties.

We may use technology to track how various parts of the site are used; this will be done anonymously. Our shopping facilities use 'cookies' stored temporarily on your browser to gather transaction information. You can usually modify your browser to disable cookies, but if you do that shopping will not be possible.

We and REM will retain the above information in relevant invoicing and mailing databases unless you ask us not to.

Whilst we make no guarantee that our products are fit for the purpose for which you use them or that they will work on OS's that are released subsequent to the release of a product or a new version of one, we guarantee the product for 12 months from the date of purchase. Faulty items or items supplied incorrectly will be refunded, replaced or exchanged at no cost to the purchaser, provided any damage was not caused by the purchaser or his or her contacts.

We will agree a credit limit with you. Discounts by arrangement. No minimum order. First order to be paid on dispatch by credit card. Further orders by credit card unless credit arranged. Credit terms strictly 30 calendar days from date of invoice. Delivery invoiced at cost. Returns only in exceptional circumstances where goods have been discontinued and limited to 10% of the last 12 months’ sales of the relevant product/s. Exchanges only in exceptional circumstances and for goods of the same value.
