Welcome to our Support pages. Here's what to do if you're having trouble with one of our packs...

  1. Check the program's Handbook and/or any Release Notes/Info Sheets supplied with it. There's often info on problems we knew about at the time we printed them. Such documents are also installed as PDFs along with the software. If you can't find them, either re-install the software or use our Support form and we'll email them to you.
  2. Look at General problems with installation or launching (below), by clicking 'Go' (look here if you're installing on Vista).
  3. If the above don't help - and especially for network issues - use the menu below. If your product isn't listed there are no (known) issues, so please use the above Support link to email details.
  4. Still stuck? Use the link in 1 to get further help. Be sure to describe exactly what is (or isn't) happening. Say what system you're running the program on, what service packs are installed and, in the case of networks, how yours is configured and what systems are being served (e.g. XP or Vista). We need your full contact details too. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership (e.g. a copy of your supplier's invoice) and to communicate by email only.

NB. Some product-specific issues are flagged as 'unresolved'. This is because we presented a soltuion but received no further feedback - we always like to hear back from you!
