Payment methods

Payment will be accepted by credit or debit card such as Visa, Delta, MasterCard or Switch. UK maintained school orders will be accepted over the site with a thirty day invoice accompanying the goods. Orders will also be accepted over the site from non school customers with payment to follow via post or phone.

Delivery times

Stock items can be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Using second class post delivery will be within a further 3-4 days.

Pricing

R-E-M may change the price ("the Price") for the Goods from time to time in the event of changes in direct or indirect costs to R-E-M. These changes will be notified to the Buyer either at the time of order or afterwards but before dispatch of the Goods. If the Buyer has paid for the Goods in full at the time of placing their order, the Price then agreed will be held to by R-E-M. If the Price change occurs after the order has been placed the Buyer will be notified and will have the right to either accept the new price or cancel their order.

Returns

Software not supplied through our approval scheme is sold on a firm sale basis. However if you find that a product is really not suitable, provided you have telephoned for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and the software and packaging is in perfect condition, we will exchange it for an alternative, subject to a 10% handling charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
