This bright, cheerful chef is great for introducing the topic of food, what we eat and where our food comes from. It includes items from the main food groups of carbohydrate, protein and fats. The chef is 50cm high and ideal for group discussions, early role-play and individual play. Food can be placed in the colour coded plates to separate foods into those we should eat every day and those we should eat sparingly, or fill the plate with a healthy well balanced diet in order to find out about nutritional values. Comes with teacher resource materials for activity planning.
