Through the medium of a radio phone in problem show - simulated in software, and hosted by a previous Big Brother winner, this program aims to help young people aged 14+ talk and think about life issues, choices and consequences. A problem or issue is `phoned in` from a caller embedded in the game, players are then offered a range of choices as to what advice they think would be best for that caller and their problem. Pupils are encouraged to think and discuss issues in their own lives by giving advise to others.
